You’ll also get a link to our online form, which is where you’ll enter your child’s test results along with your code (it expires within one year, which gives you plenty of time to do the tests). Once you’ve submitted your info, we automatically generate 2 reports for your child and e-mail them to you straight away.

In your welcome e-mail, you’ll receive the step-by-step SportAnalytik Self-Test Guide™ to help you perform the tests. In total there are 8 tests. You can perform most of them at home, but some are better to do outdoors. Each exercise is simple to perform and measure, so there are no special demands on children … or parents! The tests have been designed to cover the key physical skills (see below):

3. Basketball throw (strength)
4. 500M run (endurance)
5. 30M sprint (speed)
6. Sit and reach (flexibility)
7. Stick movement (coordination)

Luckily, there’s no need for any fancy equipment. Most of the things you need you’ll probably have lying around at home or be able to find pretty easily. Here are the main items:
